Warning Date: 3:54 am CST on January 20, 2012
WarningSum:...Winter Weather Advisory Remains In Effect From 9 Am This
Morning To 7 Pm Cst This Evening...
Warning Message:A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 9 am this
morning to 7 PM CST this evening.
* Timing...snow will begin between 8 am and 10 am and continue
throughout the day. Light snow will linger into the evening.
* Snow accumulations...3 to 6 inches with the higher totals from
Madison to Watertown and south to the Illinois border.
* Impacts...roads conditions will deteriorate in the snowfall.
Expect reduced visibilities to a 1/2 mile at times.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.
